Junky Jerry's

Trey has recently developed a weird interest in junkyards. He informed us that when he grows up he wants to work in a junkyard. Well, it just so happens that John's good friend Boyd owns a junkyard in Thatcher (aka "Junky Jerry's") so John was able to make arrangements for Trey to take a tour of a real junkyard. John kept it a surprise for Trey and when we pulled up he was so excited. We went in and Trey immediately started asking questions. He wanted to see and do everything there was to do at a junkyard. Boyd took us out and began showing us all the crashed vehicles and parts. He has buses full of random parts and Trey thought that was a pretty cool place to keep stuff. Next the boys got to ride in a huge loader. They drove around, moved the lift up and down, and then even got to lift up a car. They thought that was the coolest thing ever! We toured around a bit more and took pictures of the boys by the crashed car of their choice. They all had a blast! Who knew that junkyard could be so fun and entertaining!
