Our little Ridge turned 2 on April 2o. I can't believe how time has flown. He had a great birthday and even got to spread it out over several days. We had a party for him while Spencer, Jodi, and Jason were in town and then celebrated his real birthday a few days later. I made him a monkey cake because his favorite shirt to wear is a monkey shirt. If he sees it he has to wear it and will throw a fit if he doesn't get it.
I wasn't thinking ahead and I had him open all of his presents at his party so when his real birthday came, he didn't have anything to open. Luckily at his age he didn't know the difference! I setup some trains around his birthday plate and when he woke up he was so excited! He couldn't decide whether to eat or play.
John had to work on Ridge's birthday so I took the boys to McDonald's for dinner and let them play. They thought that was a blast and had a great time. When we got home we frosted some leftover cupcakes and sang Happy Birthday once, twice, three time plus! Ridge loves the birthday song and sings right along. He also loves to blow the candles on the cake. We relit the candles several times so that he could blow to his little heart's content.
We love our little Ridgeroo so much and can't imagine life without him. His personality is so cute, he is not shy and loves to show off. He loves to dance to the music in the car. I think his philosophy is, the louder, the better! Ridge loves his brothers and wants to do everything they do, and most of the time he does! Happy Birthday Ridge!!

I know this is totally off subject here, but you have always had THE BEST HANDWRITING!!! I would never dream of making homemade posters by hand... now on the computer, well that's a different story.
I can't believe he's TWO! Holy Guacamole! He's sure a cutie, but you should know that by ALL the other comments I have made on your blog. I think your boys are hands down handsome.
